What do i all have to do to start my own business and how do I do it?

Are you really looking for an opportunity? I have something you might be interested in… If you want more info let me know.

I’ve been saving $25,000 for a while now, and I think its time to look into a profitable business. Anyone have any ideas, or investments here in the bay area that can give me some profit.

Bay area means fishing. You can insert yourself in fish processing line. For example canned fish.

would it be easy or hard to start your own business or make your own company in japan ? would it be a winning investment?

or what about in china ?

It’s not easy to start a business anywhere. And Japan would be even harder. Rents / land is much higher as there’s much less space.The whole country of Japan is about the size of California.
If you’re not Japanese, there will be immigration and language problems as well. Whether or not it would be a winning investment would depend on how much the business is needed at this time.Bearing in mind Japan is in a major recession at this time,I’m willing to bet there aren’t many new places starting up.

Interested in opening a sports bar, but have not had much look researching specifics. Thanks for your help!

I have plans to start an internet cafe business in the downstairs front unit of my apartment building on a Main street surrounded by other businesses. Funds for financing a business usually come from one of four places:

- Your own savings/funds (this includes selling assets to raise cash)
- Loans (family, friends, or banks or other lending institutions)
- Investments (you give part of the business in return for an investment of cash)
- The business itself (you start smaller and finance expansion from profits)

Plan your business out completely, including full financial projections. Determine how much you have on hand and the difference is the amount you need to raise. If you don’t want to incur debt (loans) and you don’t have it all on hand, then you are most likely going to be looking for an investor.

I am trying to prepare a business plan but am overwhelmed by the task of organizing the endless info.

I just spent the money on Business plan pro, it practically writes itself. I have done 2 for myself and successfully submitted 4 for my friends. I actually made $450 on the software. Not sure if they offer a free trial but they have templates and how to guides. It’s the best product I ever bought for my business. Well, maybe Quickbooks.

How many components make up a business strategy, what are the components, and do these need to be in some type of order, and how long is a business strategy plan?

if you are starting a business you should be ready to struggle like hell for the first 2-3 yrs until your business gets recognition.
components are:
1.support (financial)
2.place (land prices are going sky high)
3.staff (trustworthy)
4.contacts.
5.proper idea about what its gonna be.
6.Immense Capital
7.Neat Plan

You dont have to. But i would recommand it.
Remenber there is NO requirement to start your own business (other than the desire to go for it.)
