What is a treatment for a business plan?

Posted on December 17th, 2009 by admin in business plan | 1 Comment »

I’ve been asked to write a treatment for the business plan I am developing. I know what goes into a business plan and I have a vague understanding that a treatment is a summary or abstract, but is there anything specific that needs to be included in the treatment?
A vision statement?
A mission?

Please, serious and informed answers only–no burn outs just taking a guess.

Treatment means to explain what you will classify your business as in the the market place.
