What should be included in a business plan?
I would like to write up a business plan what should be included on this plan? What are important things that need to be considered? Is there a wevsite that is free that can help provide forms or checklists?

http://www.ed2go.com/coursegroup/writer2.html provides online courses on writing business plans and proposals. It is not free but is reasonably priced and will definitely help you in future. It is worth spending the money.
