I would like to move to Poland start my own business, and make a living but i need assistance from a reliable company can u recommend anything good and not too expensive?

Since you are staying here for four years you would be aware of the prices/rates of different products/services and no one can cheat you by overcharging.
The best way to find a CA is through your friends/relatives who are situated here and are in contact with Chartered Accountants.
Once you select a good CA tell him to quote a price…..if you feel it is too high you can also bargain…..It is true that you can even bargain with a CA for his service.

I think that I have good idea in Stationery & gift business in Bangladesh as I have been involved in this business since 10 years. I am running this business as a Manager. But I independenly execute this business. As my salary is low, I like to do this business. I do not get any financial support from my family as we are very poor. I have no business degree and want to start a business. I do have basic business education, a burning desire to start a business, and some cash, enough for the kind of business I plan to start.

The problem is this: I have an uncle whom I thought would be a mentor to me. But he wants to / hints that he wants me to start the new venture (mine) in partnership with him. He aint a bad guy…but mom tells me otherwise not to involve biusiness with relationship. She knows my uncle (her brother), more but sometimes her dicissions are emotional rather than logical . Uncle has been in business for more than 17 years.

What do I do. Should or shoudnt I make him my partner.

By the way Im 23 and I live in India whereas my uncle lives in America. I want to establish the business in India.

Partnerships can be tricky in the best of situations, with an older relative half way around the world, it could be pretty tough.

If you think he may try to dominate the partnership claiming his many years experience versus your lack of it, you could end up very unhappy.

Business experience is a funny thing, I bought my company two years ago and took it from a company that wasn’t making money to one that’s making quite a bit of money. How did I do that? well the former owner despite the fact that he had worked in the field his whole life, over forty years, and ran the company for twelve, had allot of gaps in his general knowledge of how to run a business.
His years of experience weren’t worth much, they just kept him afloat.
You seem to be an intelligent person, you don’t need a degree in business to be successful in business. Keep your eyes and your mind open, and your cost low and you’ll do fine.

Tell your uncle you value his advise and hope he will help you but you need to do it yourself, make your own mistakes, that’s the only way to learn.

My wife and I already have a sole proprietor business license together and now she wants to start a business with one of her friend. If their business venture makes profit, they will split in half. My wife and her partner will use our business license to purchase and sell products. So my question is that when it is time to file tax, can my wife report income as what she gets from the business (half) or she has to report in full? Or it is better for them to form a partnership of some sort?

Get with your CPA or the attorney that helped you create your first business. Your wife’s friend is kewl, I am sure but money and business makes people crazy. From your wife’s point of view she’s gonna want at least 60% "controlling" intrest. Maybe even an even split between the two with you holding 10% just to be able to stop anyone from doing something stupid. my wife and a friend started a placement agency that leased offices from my business, my wife and her partner had the largest interest, I had 5% and we had our CPA take 5% that kept any hanky panky from injuring our other interests. Your current business can do the wholesale purchasing, but your still gonna be responsible for the sales taxes, or your proof of wholesale re-sale (to your second business) had better be lock tight. The checks need to trade bank accounts. You dont want to get the state comptroller on your but. You can punk out an IRS agent, that’s easy. The comptroller however will mess you up bad.
Your also gonna want to create a solid wall seperating the two businesses. Just in the event the friend freaks out and try’s to take a percentage of it in court. Or if you and your wife should someday divorce.
Your CPA should be able to discuss all the concepts of what you need to do, and he shouldnt charge you much more than a monthly bookkeeping audit. The attorney is gonna be your best source for exactly what to do, and usually he will cover most of that in the incorporation meeting, but you have to ask him so have a list of questions ready.
