Hi guys I am a 13 year old kid and ive heard alot of stories about kids starting businesses and doing things like that. I wanted to know how i could start an online business. I am a very smart kid and I am very good with computers. And just so you guys know im not in this to try to get rich although i would not like to do alot of hard work for free but please dont suggest mowing lawns or babysitting. Thanks!

If i want to start business of financials services, what are all requirements?

You need licensing. Depending on what sort of financial services you are providing and whether you will be selling insurance, securities or other financial products, you may need SEC licenses and/or state licenses. All require taking courses and exams.

Nobody is going to hire a financial planner without CFP (Certified Financial Planner) accreditation. You will need a college degree plus specialized programs (2 years, if I recall) and exams to get accreditation, plus there are continuing education requirements.

It is also advisable to work for a financial services firm for several years to get experience before you set off on your own.

My plan is to start business in selling salami and cooked and smoked meats and fish. If i obtain a building am i allowed to cook and smoke the food and bring it to the store to sell? and wat kind of licenses do i need to sell raw meats? I am a newbie at this so any answers or experience in WA with this would help….Thank you sooooooo Much.

You’ll need a business license and a permit from the county health department. You’ll personally need a food handlers card. If you open a place where people will consume the food, you’ll need an occupancy permit from the fire department. I would strongly recommend that you incorporate or operate as an LLC to limit your liability in case someone gets sick from your food. It will limit your personal liability.

I am a chemical engineer with Masters in management. I have been from starting till now in construction chemical marketing and application line.5yrs.

I would like to start my own bussiness. Start my own construction chemical application.
I don,t have enough funds with me, neither property.

The first thing I would look at is investment and capital requirements for the business.

You must have a business plan for the chemical business, very important this is done.

You plan would be a start up plan as you are not an existing business, determine what is most important in your plan.
Form follows function, make the contents of your plan match your purpose and adjust the outline to match your plan.

You will need to have an investors summaries and loan application, when a plan is used to back up a loan application or explain an opportunity to potential investors, it may require a special summary document as well as the complete plan.
Many investors like to see a brief summary, and loan applications do not always require a complete plan.

Time frames, is three years enough? Your plan should project sales by month for the next 12 months, and annual sales for the following two years.
