I’ve been running an Internet Business myself for about the last 6 months, and I’ve found a site (www.exclusiveplrarticles.com) where you can get a limited availability of Exclusive PLR Articles, or you can even request specifically written Articles for your niche. They produce great work on time and at a reasonable cost. They also have links with other PLR Article sites that provide downloadable PLR Articles, PLR Ebooks, you name it. These are also in limited supply, so you can use these readily within your business knowing they aren’t being blasted around the internet to anyone and everyone.

What is the best way to look to buy Land ? What pitfalls has anyone else come across? Planning permission, types of land etc.
The business is not property development, more outdoor leisure business.

If you contact the Economic Development Unit (or whatever they call it where you are) at your local Council they should have details of land availability for business use and be able to offer start-up advice too.

I suggest you start with a business plan to make sure you have thought of the major items which are relevant to starting your biz. You can find excellent resources for this on the Small Business Administration website: www.sba.gov

If your business is B2B and your customers are all decision makers it would be very good – eye level.

B2C and low level staff members could be difficult.

Research the market, make sure there is a market that is profitable, and get a small business loan or try to get a grant
