Can teens (16) start a computer repair business in Canada?

I was wondering if a teen 16 years of age can start business like the one mentioned above in Canada. I know in the States it’s possible but I am not so sure about Canada.
Thanks for your answers

Today his daughter and his son are both of age to be bonded and insured in case a problem occures, where he does the correction or his associates (DAUGHTER AND SON) take the responsibility of the fault and repairs. So this answer is YES under an apprentiship program or co-op that is recommended from a school such as Technical Vocational Centre . Parents business yes.

A 16 year old can work in Canada, but as far as having your own computer repair business, the answer is no.
You will require insurance in case you damage someone’s computer, and no insurance company can bind you to an agreement because you must be legal age for a contract (of any kind) to be enforceable. Also, no client that hires you will receive a contract for the same reason.
You could have everything put into your parents name and just be an employee. When you reach the age of majority, have everything transferred into your name.
