Establish a domicile in UK and initiate a business that will be credible enough to make you a permanent resident.

You’re Nigerian … a dime a dozen. Because of your cultural history of being so F.ed up, you’ve got a tough road to haul. Most sensible people won’t give you the time of day.

    Choke dee.

You must learn that normal business arrangements use the UK definition of corruption and not those definitions used in non-European countries; and that payment is expected promptly for goods and services received. Taxes must also be paid. However, do not use our government’s dealings in financial matters as a base to operate from.

Why is this ignorance to try and persuade foreigners to stay in their own lands and support their own countries.
Why do American and European countries have to be the dumping ground for all the worlds migrants.
    Please, stay where you are.

Agree with Ricardos, why do countries in Europe and especially the UK have to be the dumping ground- we really are full to the brim with people from outside the UK trying to break into our fragile society, so stay in Nigeria and use what you have learned from us to build a business there, help your own countrymen in giving them work.

hi, ignore the racists. No you cannot set up a business you have to inform the home office and apply for a different type of visa, i mean you could try and do it without iforming them but you have to earn enough money to prove you are self sufficient and what happens when your visa expires? you will have to enroll again and sacrifice your time within your business and be in breach of immigration laws. I’m from Nigeria as well and have been in England for 8 years now and i haven’t encountered any prejudice.
