Where I live which is In Vegas, There is such group.I think they call it the Micro business something or other. But they offer training in how to find funding for small start ups, how to be prepared in origination,finances and everything related. Check with your local chamber of commerce they may know of such organizations. Check with the "US. dept of commerce". There are thousands of loans and grants out there for Micro business.
