How can we get backers or partners to start up business without funds from a banks and where do I begin?

Wanting to start business from ground floor without approval from banks.

If you can find someone that will give you money without some kind of backing just because you want to start a business,if you find them send them to me I want to start a business myself or at least want there money.You have to get money from somewhere to get things started to show people that you are in good Faith the bank it the best place to start,a small business loan low interest why not.
