I want to start my own graphic design business, but cant afford the startup fees associated with it. I need to purchase equipment, rent an office, and promote my company.

Is there a grant that I can apply for, if so how do I get it and would I need to be incorporated? I have searched all across the web and have found nothing useful. what are the pro’s and con’s of being an IBO (Independent Businee Owner) and Soul Propriator?
