And Japan would be even harder. Rents / land is much higher as there's much less space.The whole country of Japan is about the size of California. If you're not Japanese, there will be immigration and language problems as well. Property is extremely expensive, and not just any joe shmoe can but property in Japan. You have to be a Japanese citizen to buy property, so you would basically have to have some one in Japan buy property for you and own the business and let you run it.... which would be unlikely. You would also need to know Japanese fluently. It is a difficult language to master. As far as China goes...
