Dear sir/ Madam,
I have completed Diploma in Petroleum Engneering with 5 years Experience in chemical field..I m starting Export business. But i don’t have communication skill. I want to grow up. What can i do?. I need to a start business with minimum investment (Maximum 2 Lakhs). Please give me a suggestion for my growth.

Sorry, but that is seriously not enough capital to get a business up and running. Stay in school and LEARN communications skills since you admit that is your weakness. Otherwise, try to marry into a rich family, have 17 to 19 kids, die, and leave the rest of the figuring to your sons and daughters.
