starting a business in texas,how much tax do i take out of the business income,and how much tax do i take out of the employees income.

    Well, for the first few years, there will be not much income tax, because all your income will put toward the operation cost to open the store. Get some type of finacial software like Quickbook to keep track all your expenses.
    As for employee, Quick book does have a software for that. Or there are some accountant do that for a fee. And there is always some payroll services that you can use. It is much easier to give to them than do it yourself.

    I would strongly urge you to consult with a CPA and get your payroll system set up. This is not a task for a neophyte and there are a number of traps that can get you into serious financial trouble if you don’t do it properly.
